- 236.59 ml grated horseradish
- 29.58 ml ground cloves
- 29.58 ml cinnamon
- 29.58 ml allspice
- 29.58 ml dried mustard
- 59.16 ml pepper
- 473.18 ml brown sugar
- vinegar
directions
- Sprinkle salt over the chopped tomatoes and let stand overnight.
- Drain in colander.
- Add horseradish, spices and sugar and enough vinegar to cover.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
- Fill sterilized jars and seal.
