This little snack is a great way to use up stale bread. Adapted from Breads of the World.

  1. Combine milk and salt.
  2. Soak the bread cubes in the milk for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
  5. Dip bread cubes in flour.
  6. Fry over medium heat until golden.
  7. Drain again.
  8. Place on a serving platter and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and cinnamon.
