"So very simple beef sandwiches"

ingredients

• Filling

• 1 lb flank steaks or 1 lb round steak, sliced thin
• 3⁄4 cup picante sauce or 3/4 cup salsa
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• pita pockets or flour tortilla

directions

1. Cook beef until done
2. mix with picante sauce and sour cream.
3. stuff bread and enjoy!
4. Note: I've also used steak-ums for the meat. and the sopaipilla portion of Recipe #306363 for the pocket bread yum.
