Filling
- 1 lb flank steaks or 1 lb round steak, sliced thin
- 3⁄4 cup picante sauce or 3/4 cup salsa
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- pita pockets or flour tortilla
directions
- Cook beef until done
- mix with picante sauce and sour cream.
- stuff bread and enjoy!
- Note: I've also used steak-ums for the meat. and the sopaipilla portion of Recipe #306363 for the pocket bread yum.
