Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 lb radish, trimmed and sliced into thin rounds (approx 250 grams)
  • 18 cup mint, finely chopped
  • 18 cup orange juice
  • 18 cup lemon juice
  • salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and chill well before serving.
  2. Needs at least 30 minutes chill time for the flavours to blend.
