I got this recipe from a box of philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomato
- 1⁄2 cup chopped black olives
- 1⁄4 cup finely chopped red onion
- MIX cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl until well blended.
- ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.
- REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Serve with assorted crackers and veggies.
