So good! I had my butcher "sliver" up a nice whole sirloin for this. I made the recipe exactly as written, except that I did season the meat with a bit of Cajun Seasoning.(Just personal tastes.) Used hoagie rolls, and smoked provolone from the deli. My boys LOVED these!! We had no leftovers! This made a perfect quick and delicious Friday night dinner with some home-made cole slaw, and chips! Thanks bmxmama, we'll add this to our regular list of week end favorites!!

Delicious and filling enough to make a meal -- no sides needed. I love the addition of the red peppers as I prefer them to green ones. I think the bread you choose is important too -- we get special ones at a local market that are especially light. Thinly sliced meat, oodles of melted cheese and tasty veggies tucked between some warm bread -- what else could you possibly want? :)
