This is for those of you who liked my Pickle Dilly Green Beans, but would prefer serving the beans in a cream sauce.
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (I like Philadelphia Brand)
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pickle juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- Cube the cheese, add the milk and heat over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour over cooked vegetables such as green beans or peas.
