This recipe is from a german magazine. Really refreshing on a hot summer night-or anytime. This has a major Yumm-factor.

  1. Melt butter (in pot or microwave) let cool.
  2. Mince garlic.
  3. Chop basil.
  4. Mix Philadelphia, blue cheese, garlic and basil.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Add lemon peel, lemon juice and pepper.
  7. Add melted butter.
  8. Blend well.
  9. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  10. This goes good with crackers or crispy breadsticks (i. e Grisini).
