Literally translated, this means "tossed babycorn and Chinese mushrooms". Enjoy!
- 125 g baby corn
- 50 g dried Chinese mushrooms
- 2 fresh red chilies, sliced
- 5 g crushed red pepper flakes
- oil, as required
- 5 g garlic
- 5 g basil leaves
- Heat oil in a pot.
- Add garlic and chilli to it and saute.
- Stir in the corn, chilli, two macroot leaves and mushrooms.
- Fold in the seasonings.
- Add basil leaves and serve hot.
