Wasn't sure I wanted to be this heavy handed with my delicate garden fresh petit pois but it was lovely. I'll do it again next year. I used olive oil and roasted red pepper.

I have actually been making a similar recipe for many years. I used frozen baby peas and left off the cornstarch. These went very well with my sourthern fried chicken dinner and recipe #185586. Made for ZWTIII.
