I've made a lot of homemade pancake recipes over the years & this is finally the one we will stick with! Every person in the family loved them. Made them true to recipe the first time & they were so good. Next time added a splash of mexican vanilla & grated in one whole peeled apple. TO DIE FOR!! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

Very delicious. A little thin and I did let them sit, but still came up fluffy and very tasty. I add mini chocoloate chips to some for the kids. Just be ready when you pour, the mixture is thinner.

i tried this recipe once and they came out horrible and i was about to write a bad review and i seen EVERYONE had a good experience with it so i decided to try it again and they cam out perfect,fluffy,thick, and light i was surprised thanks

My family makes this recipe almost every Saturday and they love it! The only thing I do different is adding a teaspoon of vanilla. Other then that this recipe is great!

Best pancake recipe. I use bread flour instead of all purpose flour as it came out better so I end up adding additional half a cup of milk. This may be due to the fact that I buy a 50lb of bread flour every couple of months from a restaurant warehouse where it's brought in fresh as we bake bread every other day. My all-purpose flour may be a bit older so that may have contributed to problems. Every guest who comes in loves these pancakes.

Good basic pancake ... for those of you that found this too thick or tasting like baking soda try adding 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese and halfing the baking soda. Still light but almost blintz like.
