Awesome recipe. I added frozen mixed berries. These pancakes are so moist and fluffy and absorb berry compote really well and not soggy -- just delicious!

These were dinner last night... So easy and utterly divine! We polished these off as fast as they came out of the pan. (-:

This recipe was great! I lost the recipe that I used to use so I was searching for something else to try instead. These aren't exactly like my Mom's pancakes, however these are really good as well. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

This was my first time making pancakes from scratch so I was a little worried, but they were wonderful. Even my picky 7 year old loved them! Thanks for the great recipe!

I never made pancakes from scratch, always from the box. I was craving pancakes this morning and found no box Pancake batter mix! So I took to the Internet and this was the first search to come up. Very easy recipe to follow with everyday ingredients you can find in the home!smells much better than boxed Pancake mix, more genuine and ready to devour! Was so flavorful, buttery, fluffy, just awesome!

By halving this recipe it is similar to mine. I use 3/4 cup A-P flour, 1/4 cup white whole wheat flour, 1 tablespoon each baking powder and sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 egg, 1 cup milk, and 2 tablespoons melted butter. I use a whisk to mix all ingredients and the stir in the butter. Delish.
