Great recipe! I wanted a recipe that was simple and used less ingredients than the one I usually use, and this one was much easier but the taste was still great! I cut the recipe in half because it was just my toddler son and I. He loved them, I loved them. I'll be adding this one to my recipe book. Oh and I love the story behind it :) ** I have made these using nonfat yogurt instead of butter, and half spelt flour/half white, and they turned out great. I love making them, they're so easy it's fun! I always half the recipe but I still end up getting about 10 good sized pancakes out of half the recipe!
I can't believe I haven't reviewed these! This is my go-to recipe now for pancakes. They turn out great every time. I've used half white flour and half wheat and it works wonderful too!
Awesome recipe. I added frozen mixed berries. These pancakes are so moist and fluffy and absorb berry compote really well and not soggy -- just delicious!
These were dinner last night... So easy and utterly divine! We polished these off as fast as they came out of the pan. (-:

This recipe was great! I lost the recipe that I used to use so I was searching for something else to try instead. These aren't exactly like my Mom's pancakes, however these are really good as well. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

I love this recipe, I usually add a touch of vanilla.
I halved the recipe, was very very good, perfect stronger butter flavor, not too much, fluffy and crisp, am making again!!
