Peters' Killer Banana Split

• Yields: 1 banana split

ingredients

• 3 scoops high quality vanilla ice cream
• 3 dollops fresh whipped cream
• 1 banana, split in half lengthwise
• 1⁄4 cup chocolate syrup (to taste)
• 1⁄4 cup caramel sauce (to taste)
• blueberries, strawberries or any fresh fruit
• 1 cherries

directions

1. Scoop the vanille ice cream into an oblong bowl. Flank the ice cream with banana. Pour liberal amounts of chocolate and/or caramel sauce.
2. Add the whipped cream, fresh fruit and a cherry on top. Eat up!
