Great low fat alternative!
- 1⁄4 cup pine nuts
- 5 cups basil leaves
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 1⁄4 cup grated fat-free parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fat-free chicken broth
- Put everything in the food processor and blend till smooth.
- Add chicken broth till smooth.
- 1 serving is 1 TBS. Try topping chicken, shrimp, or pasta!
