Use gourmet crackers, its makes a plain torte look so much more.
- 3⁄4 lb cream cheese, room temperature
- 3⁄4 cup ricotta cheese
- 3⁄4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup prepared pesto sauce
- Blend cheeses and butter with an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Line mold or dish with saran wrap.
- Layer cheese and pesto.
- Chill, unmold and serve with crackers.
