  • Melt margarine/butter in pan.
  • Crack eggs and scramble, stirring.
  • Add pesto sauce and continue stirring until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.

  1. This was ok! Herby!!! I put a splash of milk, garlic salt, and pepper and scrambeled.
     
  2. I scaled back for 2 eggs and used about a tablespoon of pesto, the only change I would make is to beat the eggs and pesto in a bowl together first and then cook cup in the fry pan but otherwise I very much enjoyed with a slice of wholemeal/wholegrain toast.

  5. These were fantastic Ang!! I love pesto. :) I only used 2 eggs and PAM cooking spray instead of butter so I could cut some fat/calories. Thanks so much for posting!!
