I just made this up this morning and it turned out to be so yummy that I had to post it!
- Melt margarine/butter in pan.
- Crack eggs and scramble, stirring.
- Add pesto sauce and continue stirring until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
This was ok! Herby!!! I put a splash of milk, garlic salt, and pepper and scrambeled.
I scaled back for 2 eggs and used about a tablespoon of pesto, the only change I would make is to beat the eggs and pesto in a bowl together first and then cook cup in the fry pan but otherwise I very much enjoyed with a slice of wholemeal/wholegrain toast.
SOOO good, I don't think I'll ever be able to eat plain eggs again. Thanks for the recipe! =)
