I have never really found a pre-made pesto that I liked so I created this one. I could eat all of it myself. I like to stuff chicken with it or just put it on pasta. It also makes a great spread for sandwiches.
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 3⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 4 garlic cloves
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend to desired consistency.
