roasted new potatoes are great for serving as appetisers. Serve these with cocktail sticks stuck in and a small bowl of parmesan or sea salt for dipping them in.
- Heat oven to 180°C.
- Toss the potatoes in the oil and place in the tray. Bake for 45 mins ensuring they are tender all they way through.
- Drain any excess oil and toss the hot potatoes with the pesto.
- Serve as directed above.
