The Bread Machine Cookbook Serves 4-6
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup pesto sauce
- 1⁄2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 10 basil leaves
- Spread pizza crust with pesto.
- Top with ricotta and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake. Decorate with basil leaves before serving.
