      Original review, Jun 5, 2008: Love pesto - love panko - so I knew I would love this! This has got to be one of the easiest fish recipes I've ever made. DH finished his and asked, "When can we have this again?" I used tilapia filets and cooked them for about 8 minutes at 425F since that was the recommended cooking temperature on the package. Glad you posted this - I know I'll be making it many more times! Made and reviewed for Zaar Cookbooks Tag Game 2008. Update, Jun 23, 2010: I had originally given this 4 stars but need to raise it to 5 stars. This is so easy to make (although a little messy - or maybe that's just me) and is absolutely delicious!

      Made this last night for DH's and my dinner. I used tilapia and some homemade pesto I had in the fridge. This is so easy and tasty. I did spray my panko crumbs to brown a little more. Definately a keeper. Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup tag game 2013.

      I had some leftover pesto from another recipe and I always have panko in the pantry and tilapia in the freezer. Together this made the perfect last minute meal.
