Excellent on crackers, hot pasta shells and warm crusty buns.
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup basil, chopped not packed but not loose either
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese, packed
- 1⁄2 cup chopped cashews
- 1⁄3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 -2 clove garlic, minced
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to smooth.
