  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Grease cookie sheets. Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips, refrigerate 1 hour. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until light brown. Yields about 4 dozen.

  1. I tried this recipe, and can only tell you that if you don't refrigerate the dough for at least an hour, the cookies will spread and spread, and spread. Although the recipe doesn't say so, I think that is a missing instruction.
