I love smoothies and this one is perfect for a personal afternoon treat. It creamy, is fast and it satisfies your craving for something sweet, but not too sweet. Note: Cooking time is blending time. Enjoy!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup low-fat milk (1%)
  • 4 ounces raspberry sherbet
  • 4 ounces Orange sherbet
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy coffee creamer (French vanilla)

Directions

  1. In Blender, add cold milk, sherbet and non dairy creamer and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
