  1. Chop garlic in the food processor add salt lemon juice and cayenne and mix.
  2. Then emulsify the oil into garlic to desired consistency.

As posted, I'd have to give it 3 1/2 or 4 stars....but if you leave out the salt and then add some feta cheese and chopped black olives, this is a worthy dip to drag your freshly made pita bread through....or even a really yummy yeast roll! Throw in a little freshly cracked black peppercorns, and this is perfection!!! With additions it is 5 star!
