Perky Pineapple Cheese Ball

"A very easy recipe you can make on the spur of the moment! :)"

 

• Ready In: 15mins
• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 1 cheese ball

ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 can crushed pineapple, drained,save juice
• 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh onion (depending on taste)

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together to form a ball.
2. If stiff, use juice from pineapple.
3. Roll in chopped pecans and (or) walnuts.
4. Serve with party crackers.
