  1. Mix dried seansonings.
  2. Rub evenly over roast.
  3. Place roast in crock pot/ slow cooker.
  4. Add water.
  5. Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Remove roast to cutting board and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Shred meat.
