They are exactly the same as the British yorkshire puddings.. and these were excellent! Here's what I did - I made them in a 12-hole muffin tin, poured 2 tablespoons of batter into each well-greased holes and I got in all 20 perfectly popped up and browned popovers! I did not bother with reducing the temp half way through (had it on 220C) and they were ready in 15 minutes all ballooned up and nicely browned! Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipe.
