I got this recipe at a wine tasting event: Pairing wine with raw foods.
- Blend ingredients in a juicer or food processor.
- Variations: Raw pesto is great to use on vegetable slices such as cucumber, carrot or beet. Another idea is to fell a green or red pepper with the pesto and add sprouts.
This is a delicious and easy to make pesto! I made 1/3 of the recipe and used it in Grilled Portobellos With Pesto, Tomatoes and Feta and it was perfect for this. Thanks for posting your yummy recipe!
