  • Fry all spices in oil(the first five ingredients).
  • Add fresh ginger and green chilli.
  • Add Onion: Fry till transucent brown.
  • Add tomato, fry.
  • Add carrot and beans, fry.
  • Add curd. leave for few minutes.
  • Now the veg mix is ready.
  • In rice cooker:Put layer of veg mix,.
  • Then 1 cup rice.
  • another layer veg mix.
  • then 1 cup rice.
  • Add 3-4 cups water.
  • Add salt and mix.
  • Put cilantro on top.
  • Turn on cooker.
  • Mix inbetween.
