It was a rainy day so I decided to make baked potatoes in the oven. I didn't measure the oil or salt and used kosher salt. I cooked for 90 minutes but they were a bit dry. I made six potatoes. We still enjoyed them.

I wanted a crispy, savory skin with fluffy, soft, steakhouse-flavor potato inside and that's EXACTLY what I got! YUM! The secret appears to be cooking it low and for a long time. Thank You!
