My aunt lives on crackers and cheese, on the rare occasion that she cooks this is what she produces ... Go Mignon, Go Mignon .. it's your birthday, cook like it's your birthday!!

This is pretty good. I added about a little bit of worchestsher sauce to give it a little bit more flavor. Since soy sauce has salt in it, I did not add the salt. It was easy to make. I will probably make this again when I am hungry for it. Thanks for the recipe.

  1. Cut meat into strips. Brown in oil. Add garlic and onions and cook until they are yellow. Add soy sauce, salt and ¼ C water. Cover and cook 45 minutes on low.
  2. Slice green pepper into strips. Add green pepper and mushrooms to meat, etc. Add cornstarch mixed in 1 C water and cook 10 minutes. Kitchen Bouquet to color gravy.
  3. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Can add tomatoes too.
