  • Stab that flank, with a dinner fork, creating holes.
  • Combine garlic, salt, pepper and Worestshire sauce in a large sealable bag.
  • Add steak, shake, and marinate in fridge for 4 hours, turning once.
  • Grill or broil to your temperature preference.

  1. This was good. We did add some 6 pepper seasoning on it too though. It was not very peppery.
     
  2. Very good, increased the pepper flakes and added black pepper. Served with roasted red potatoes and broccoli. Well received by all, miracle in itself.
     
  3. This was delicious. Ended up marinating for about 30 hours as I intended to cook it the night before but something came up. We grilled 4 minutes per side, and it was fabulous! Great flavor - the best london broil I've ever made.

  5. The first time that I have ever made London Broil, and had everyone "Ooing and Awing." This is the best recipe for London Broil ever. I marinated it a little more than 24 hours. Just remember that with London Broil you need to cut it at an angle - with blade nearly horizontal - then this Broil will melt in your mouth!

Welcome! I joined this website in 2001, as a new wife and Mom of a 1 y/o and I was 28 yrs old and did not know about cooking. I found this website cause I searched the web and wanted to find a good recipe for carrots! I found that recipe and so much more here over the years. I learned so much from this website and opened up my eyes to other recipes. I now am 46 y/o. I am now divorced and my then 1 y/o son is now a Marine. I have a wonderful man in my life that loves and appreciates my cooking and I thank this site for all of its help. I still come here for recipes.
