I'm on a liquid diet and am craving pizza, this was pretty good! I pureed everything with an immersion blender and even though I didn't have the correct amounts of all the ingredients, it turned out nice. Very flexible recipe. I added chunks of parmesan off the block which melted into the soup to give it a great flavor. My 6 year old ate it with the addition of rice and gave me the thumbs up.
Just a note / update - Going by the current Weight Watchers Plan, this recipe is 6 points per serving
Awesome! I used my blending stick with the first five ingredients then added the remaining. Can't stop eating this!
Great soup! Super easy! I made this with leftover pizza sauce and pepperoni. I didn't have the full amounts listed in the recipe, but the soup didn't suffer. A very easy, light meal.
I made a batch of this and took it to work to share for lunch-everyone loved it, whether or not they are following the plan. Thanks for an easy, tasty change of WW pace!
Great recipe! I left out the pizza sauce and added another can of diced Italian tomatoes instead. With this substitution, if you don't put the mozzerella cheese on top, the recipe is only ONE POINT PER CUP!! Adding 1/4 cup of fat-free mozzerella on top of your cup of soup only adds one extra point. Also, I used canned mushrooms instead of fresh; this seemed to work fine.
This is an amazing recipe. It was so easy to make. I added a little more pizza spice and added olives and its great. I recommend this soup for small get togethers, or anytime you feel like pizza. I can't believe its only 3 WW points - it has so much flavour! I'm bringing it in to work on Monday for everyone to try out. Thanks a million!
