I've been making these for a long time, and could have sworn I'd rated them! Oh well... they are great! Crispy, spicy, fast and easy. One of the ways I've been using them (aside from just snacking) is to crumble them over my salad instead of bacon bits. Yum. Thanks for sharing this technique.
This is so not good for my diet, but I figure there will always be someone thinner, younger, thinner, prettier, thinner, smarter and thinner. Right?
This has ben around so long, I forgot it, Thanks for bringing it back to my attention, .I think pepperoni is great this way, and has many uses. Thank You
My new favorite snack. My micorwave also takes about 3 minutes and 30 seconds to crisp a plate full. (I prepare another plate full while waiting) This is hands down one of my favorite munchies!
I love pepperoni on pizza so I figured this would be great. My only disappointment - though I did not add the salt it was too salty for me to eat much (I did add a little fresh ground pepper.) I guess my little microwave isn't very strong...it took about 3 minutes and 15 seconds to get the crisp. Thank you for sharing this truly easy to make snake!
Very good. Although I would suggest omitting the salt unless you have a high tolerance for sodium.
So simple and good!!
Perfect little side to my tuna salad sandwich today! Thinking about using the pepperoni to top my salads and baked potatoes with. My microwave took 1:15 to get crisp. I felt the salt was not needed for my taste.
Simple and tasty. I used sandwich-size pepperoni and the longer cook time and they were just right (actually I think the second batch might have been in a little too long...) I enjoyed these as a quick snack and also crumbled over a salad. Oh, and no additional salt needed! Thanks for sharing!
