Pepperoni Cheese Pie

This is yummy. There are other pepperoni pies here, but mine is a little different. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Directions

  1. Cook the onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Cut half of the pepperoni slices into fourths.
  3. Toss the onion, gr. pepper, pepperoni and cheese with the flour.
  4. All the milk, eggs and seasonings.
  5. Pour into a prepared pie shell.
  6. Gently place the remaining pepperoni around the edge of the pie.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes, or until set.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. NOTE: If using a frozen pie shell, use a deep dish shell.

DELICIOUS !! Me and my Husband loved this recipe. It was easy to put together. I added a cup of mozzarella cheese to it. The crust was browned and crisp. It was really good. Thank you !

Although I make a lot of recipes from this site, this is my first review. This was amazing!! Everyone wanted more. I did add 1t of Italian seasoning and used a little mozzerella cheese with the cheddar since I was running low. Served it with a salad. Just delicious. I sauteed enough of the onion and pepper for another pie and put it in the freezer and I have extra pepperoni and a pie shell, so the next one will come together even faster.
