A wonderful drink for cold winter nights.
- 1 fluid ounce espresso
- 1⁄4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1⁄2 ounce dark chocolate syrup
- 6 ounces steamed milk
- Add espresso to cup.
- Stir in extract and dark chocolate sauce.
- Fill with steamed milk and stir.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a peppermint stick and chocolate curls or shavings.
