- 20 ounces fudge brownie mix
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2⁄3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons margarine
- 1 1⁄2 cups candy canes, crushed
directions
- Prepare and bake brownie mix according to the package directions, using a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- After baking, set aside and cool for 1-2 hours.
- In a heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate chips and margarine, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula.
- Spread chocolate mixture over the brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy.
- Let stand for 30 minutes or until frosting is hard.
- Cut into squares.
