This was the best. Never changed a thing. We served it as an appetiser everyone said it was a keeper. Thank you for sharing this recipe. France

This was AMAZING. Didn't have any rosemary so used oregano instead, no worcestershire so made a mix of soy sauce and balsalmic and probably used a bit more beer than we should have but the result was truly stunning. Try with a side of bbq'd zucchini, mushroom and capsicum.

Great recipe. Loved the pepper flavour. If anything, I might reduce the lemon, but that probably depends a bit on how strong your lemon is. Husband enjoyed it - but did comment on the lemon which I took as implying the lemon flavour was a bit dominant. I served it with rice and some steamed greens.

Quick, easy & tasty! I used orange juice and thought the flavour might be overpowering but we couldn't taste it, nor the lemon juice. All the flavours blended very nicely. Will make again!

This was very tasty...I used white wine instead of beer or orange juice,and served it over angel hair pasta. I also added some Cajun seasoning as I love spicy foods.And I used the Worces. sauce made for chicken instead of the traditional one.Very good and very fast dish...I will make this one again! Thanks.

Pop, pop, pop! The pepper is the highlight of this dish. If you're expecting a mild pepper flavor, cut back on the pepper. That said, I love pepper and this was perfect. I used dried rosemary but fresh rosemary would have been more flavorful and balanced the pepper better. I used a dark amber ale which was perfect. I'm not sure I would like this with orange juice. My only complaint is that my shrimp were not the best quality (no fault of the recipe).
