Peppered Chicken Breast

Quick and easy eat this chicken by itself or in a hard roll.
Directions:

Coat both sides of chicken with pepper.

Heat oil in skillet.

Cook chicken in oil about 20 minutes, turning once.
4
Cook until juice is no longer pink when centers are cut.
5
Mix honey and butter.
6
Top hot chicken with honey/butter mixture.

I added a honey mustard sauce to the top and it balanced out the pepper flavor perfectly. My boyfriend gave this two thumbs up!
