- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh marjoram
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- cracked peppercorns or lemon pepper
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, marjoram, and garlic in a small mixing bowl; beat until fluffy and well blended.
- Form mixture into a ball, and coat with pepper.
- Chill 2 to 3 hours.
