This dish is absolutely amazing! I was a little leery of so much black pepper, but it completely compliments the richness of the cream/ the cheese sauce. I'll be making this again, no doubt. Thanks, GailAnn!

Total comfort food! Real scalloped potatoes with no cans of soups in sight, but lots of good old cream and butter! The only way to go with potato gratins!
