- 1814.36 g beef t-bone steaks
- 340.19 g beer
- 177.44 ml chili sauce
- 59.14 ml parsley, snipped
- 44.37 ml Dijon mustard
- 14.79 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 9.85 ml brown sugar
- 2.46 ml paprika
- 2.46 ml black pepper, ground
- 236.59 ml onion, chopped
- cracked black pepper

For marinade:
- Combine, bear, onion, mustard, parsley,chili sauce, worcestershire, brown sugar, paprika and black pepper.
- in a non reactive pan cover steaks with marinade. cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge overnight.
- drain steaks, discard marinade. sprinkle steaks with cracked pepper.
- grill over medium coals to desired degree of doneness, turning once 1/2 way through cooking.
