Perfect to serve with crackers while entertaining. Most of prep time is chilling time.

  1. In medium bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and garlic salt to cream cheese and mix until smooth.
  3. Add swiss cheese and parsley, mix well.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  5. Shape into ball or log and roll in pepper.
  6. Serve with crackers.
