I came across this the other day and had forgot about it...It come from my's really very easy to make...what takes the longest is cutting up your meat and peppers into strips...A nice change for dinner

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Brown meat in oil.
  2. Add 2 cups water and bouillon cubes.
  3. Cover and simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  4. Then add green and red peppers.
  5. Blend together cornstarch, soy sauce and 1 cup water.
  6. Add to meat mixture, stirring slowly until thickened.
  7. Serve over fluffy cooked rice and additional soy sauce.
  8. Note: I make this in an electric skillet.

wonderful recipe, try adding a can of Italian tomatoes to the beef and peppers after they are sauteed, wonderful!

Try add in some green pepper powder (in sauce), like original Austrian recipe.
