      I made up a 1/4 of the recipe and there was STILL lots! They are so good! I don't like star anise so I used all spice instead. They now taste sort-of like a white gingerbread. Very nice and mild. I will make these again.

      Everybody who had one liked it. Very easy to make, if a little time consuming. I cut the recipe in half, but I still had more than enough. Next time I think I will 1/4 the recipe. Thanks!

      These are AWESOME! I have eaten these for many years and never could find a recipe that really was easy to work with - especially with little kids (ages 4 & 3) wanting to get in on the action. This they could help with easily - works better than playdough! It was a great time making these for all of us! :)

      We made these for a school project and they turned out great. Even with the recipe cut in half there was a large amount, and a lot of dough leftover! Very easy, fast, and fun to snack on.
