I HAVE to give this 5 stars b/c my husband is VERY picky and very rarely says he "LOVES" a recipe from this site even when I think most of them are delicious. He "LOVED" it.. The only thing I did different is I sprinkled feta cheese over the chicken when it was done b/c I felt it was missing something. I used 3 chicken breasts and split them in half to make thin filets..cooked it in the oven with all the marinade for about 20 minutes..turned out very juicy.. served w/a side of mashed potatoes...
I've been making something close to this as I like the combination of the spices with the lime. Sure never fails! I used dried thyme here. It was also easy to prepare which is a plus. Thanks! Made for Fall PAC 2008.
This was very good! I only had two chicken breasts and I think when I make it again if I use 6 breasts I'll double the marinade. I grilled it on the top rack of our grill for about 30 minutes. Very easy meal to prep and quite healthy. I served it with cajun potato wedges also from this site.
