Spicy, cheesy dipping sauce that I threw together to have with Barbara Mooers' Cajun Fireballs (Cajun Fireballs)

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a sauce pan.
  2. With a whisk, mix in flour and allow to cook for about 1 minute.
  3. Slowly whisk in milk.
  4. Cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add cheese, keep whisking until cheese melts.
  6. Serve with chips, veggies or whatever floats your boat.

WOW!!!! Easy as can be. Wonderful!!We just love it. I am sold one this forever...We are snacking on it now!! So far we have ideas of serving over Broccoli,Baked Potatoes. Our thoughts are endless.OOH one more thing! I had everything right here. Thank You

This was easy to prepare. However, it was quite soupy and not what I expected. If it was a bit thicker I could see using it with veggies and Cajun Fireballs (#26684). It just didn't work for us.
