Spicy, cheesy dipping sauce that I threw together to have with Barbara Mooers' Cajun Fireballs (Cajun Fireballs)
- Melt butter in a sauce pan.
- With a whisk, mix in flour and allow to cook for about 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Add cheese, keep whisking until cheese melts.
- Serve with chips, veggies or whatever floats your boat.
Simple, easy and soooo tasty. You are right on with this recipe!! A perfect dipping sauce for the fireballs or veggies... Yes! ...and baked potatoes. Thanks for posting!

This was easy to prepare. However, it was quite soupy and not what I expected. If it was a bit thicker I could see using it with veggies and Cajun Fireballs (#26684). It just didn't work for us.
