  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Roast in shallow pan at 350°F for 1/2 hour stirring at least once. They can be roasted longer for a toastier flavor.
  • Cool on paper towels.

  2. A simple, excellent recipe. Everything listed in the description is true - they ARE addictive and they're even better warm. Roasting seems to make the seeds drier and lighter on the palate, with a nice mellow roasty flavor to complement the taste of the seeds themselves. I made a double batch for a party at work and it was all gone by the end of the day. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.
