Our family has found these to be addictive! They are even better warm! The only down side is pepitas can be difficult to find here in the midwest. We can only find these at our local organic/natural food store.

You can grow the special pumpkins that produce these green hullless seeds and have a supply right in your own backyard. They're called Kakai and seed is available from Johnny's in Maine. http://www.johnnyseeds.com/catalog/product.aspx?scommand=search&search=kakai&item=2860
- 2 cups pepitas (green hulled pumpkin seeds)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
